I listed with another agent, Anna, who was the buyers' agent. My agent goofed up by saying I could sell my house FHA and I could not, but I was stuck in the contract since I signed it while the buyers tried to figure it out. The problem was that I was contingent on my dream home in Boise, and had to sell fast or lose home and 10k earnest money.
